Hay look what ebay is doing "for" sellers on http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SellHub3&SellHub3=&js=0
If you do not use java ,they put this "noscript" line in just for you
meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=#aid_link"
which literaly translated to if the seller disables java or java script reload the page infinitly to
PISS HIM OFF
Dear paypal.com & ebay.com VIA:
abuse@paypal.com,phishing@paypal.com,fraud@paypal.com
abuse@ebay.com,phishing@ebay.com,fraud@ebay.com

unless it is ABSOLUTLY necessary for me to recieve an email;
please STOP! sending ANY emails to me at all

Inbox Fatigue is THE REAL REASON phishing scams work, people get used to these unnecessary
emails that include links they can just click, manually signing in is not needed.
because of the volume of real & phish/spam emails, they get used to treating all emails
as genuine and then give out info.

virtually all phishing scams would fail if their were NO LINKS in the real emails
Or better yet! NO UPSELL/SPAM EMAILS FROM YOU AT ALL!

------AGAIN SO I DONT HAVE TO FILTER THROUGH THIS--------
STOP! sending ANY emails to my email address AT ALL
unless it is ABSOLUTLY necessary for me to recieve an email

                       ------WARNING--------
If paypal/ebay sends 1 more unnecessary email to me
i will close out my paypal/ebay accounts and then block ALL paypal/ebay emails as spam

PLEASE Note the email THAT CAME FROM YOU LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE PHISHING EMAILS I DELETED

<--nice touch huh?
Which company is targeted the most by phishers.
Not surprisingly, the result is PayPal (28%), followed very closely by eBay (23%).
Taken together---since, after all, PayPal is part of eBay---
this means that eBay is the victim of over half of all phishing attacks conducted worldwide.
A whopping 51%. What's the extent of the damage to eBay?
Its reputation and its method of communicating with members are both in jeopardy.
Anytime its members get an e-mail from eBay or PayPal, they will worry whether or not it is real.
This is going to make it very difficult for eBay to legitimately communicate with its nearly 100 million users,

"waiting for the break of day 25 or 6 to 4 At 25 or (2)6 minutes to 4 a.m. (3:35 or 3:34 a.m.)
"a Business usualy process credit credit cards via a
'merchant account' at their bank" , we know this,, :-)

"the web equivalent of a point of sale terminal is a 'payment gateway'
and is a way for a 'shopping cart interface' on a website
to process credit cards & deposit funds to the "merchant account"
via the Internet in real time , without needing human intervention "

the above can also be used in-shop as a real point of sale terminal

"example" Payment gateway fees (BRASS TACKS)
Setup fee, Monthly fee, Batch Fee, fee Per sale
$0 - $300, $10 - $25.0, $0 - $.25, $.05 - $.15
