Since i am only one technician and due to "PROBLEMS" I have a new policy 
               (1) the customer will be informed when work begins.
               (2) the customer will be informed when work fees exceed $30 
               (3) the customer will be informed when work is complete.

"not responsible for data loss"  -backup all your data or (for a fee) tell me to do it 
"delivery times are estimated"   -I will call you when it is ;started,finished,etc
"abandonment"                    -all equipment left for 40 days or more will be sold,etc

Use of anything made available from this site constitutes your acceptance of  this  agreement 

cracks/warez/illegal websites & Software are always a risk since 
A single click on a site can drop serious malware into your system

If you install cracked software or run executable files from these sources.

WAP-Tek does not support thease and other "harmfull" illegal" activitys 
PLEASE try uninstalling anything "questionable" before doing anything else.
BUT
 
if someone has win vista or 7 and has a eula / serial number on the case, 
in effect they payed microsoft for an operating system BUT they got crap!
SO
in the opinion of WAP-Tek  "downgrading" to xp is NOT "WRONG"
